David G. Winston, President, brings twenty-five years of legal search experience. Before entering the search field, he was affiliated with several publicly held corporations. David received his bachelor´s from the Ohio State University.

Larry A. Green, Vice President, has twenty years experience in legal search and eight years of experience in the advertising and communications industry. Larry attended Georgia State University and Northwestern University.
